Master the tools. Own the decisions.

The tech is the easy part. The challenge is deciding who you become with it.

Who this is for

Organisations sitting on AI tools with no plan for them. Teams where process has quietly become the bottleneck. Brands that outgrew their systems and are holding it together with goodwill. Public sector and agency clients who need work that stands up to scrutiny and still has plenty of humanity in it.

What it looks like in practice

Finding where AI genuinely helps
Together we look at how your organisation actually works, where the hours disappear and which task could be completed more elegantly. Then we work out which parts benefit from the machine and which parts need a human with judgement. Most of the value sits in that second category, which is also where the responsibility sits. Automate the wrong half and you've automated the accountability out of the room.

Brand communication that holds up
I help translate what an organisation means into something people understand. Tone of voice, visual identity, the templates your team will actually use. Built to survive contact with reality, including the colleague who ignores the brand guide.

Systems your team will keep using
A workflow only works if people choose it over their old habit. I don't hand you a finished system and disappear. We build it with your team in the room, document it clearly, and make sure someone internal can carry it forward once I step out.

How I work

Ethics first, strategy second, tools last, always in that order. If you want the fuller picture, here's where I actually stand on AI.

We start with a strategy session to talk about ethics and map where things stand. A second one halfway through to check we're still on track. A third at delivery, so nothing lands as a surprise.

I bring AI in where it earns its place and leave it out of the parts that need a person. For builds that need to go deep under the bonnet, I've got an AI tech specialist on the bench.

What you get

A clear map of where AI fits in your organisation and where it does not belong, documented so it survives after I leave.

This could include brand identity, or workflow and system design.

Someone who stays reachable while you put it into practice.

First Steps

Find out where the magic begins

A quick, focused start for freelancers and small businesses. We assess where you actually are, talk through what would genuinely help and then I show you how to build it yourself using AI. You leave knowing how to fish, rather than waiting for me to bring dinner.

Going Deeper

Here is where we go beyond the basics

We map where AI genuinely fits with who you want to become, then build one working piece of it together. The foundations for your brand, systems or workflow, chosen where it will help most, built alongside you rather than handed over as a document.

The Full Build

Complete the picture

For organisations who want the whole thing built properly. I bring in specialists where the work needs them and we map the whole picture before building it out across brand, systems and workflow. You end up with something running, documented, and a team that knows how to keep it going.
