Mapping the whole picture
Where you are, where you want to get to and who you want to be seen as when you arrive. We look at the business, the people and the brand as a whole, because each part pulls the other along.
Building it out properly
A three-hour strategy session to start, a two-hour check-in partway through to see where things stand and a one-hour debrief to close it out. In between, I build one part, with or without your team involved, so decisions have room to settle before we meet again.
Building it with you in the room
You watch it take shape and make the calls as we go. It ends up sounding like you, because you were there while it was made.
How I work
